At our EPEG (European Pastors Equipping Gathering) last week, the Pastors from our Every Nation churches in Europe gathered together for some equipping by Steve Murrell and rice Brooks.
Here is what they said in a nutshell.
When shooting a rubber band – there needs to be tension placed upon it to get the desired result.
Too much tension and it snaps … not enough and it fails to fly.
Just like this rubber band there are certain tension points in
ministry. When too much emphasis is placed upon a certain aspect, you
create a tension that could potentially cause failure in all other
areas.
